@virginmedia Well the person I'm on the phone to has just put me on hold for 20 minutes and isn't picking up. NOBODY is helping me. You have essentially stolen £90 from me, this is the worst customer service / company I have experienced.
@virginmedia That's not true. Both times tech have NOT turned up to the scheduled pick-up appointment. I've made plans to be home to hand over equipment but nobody has picked up. I have emailed to arrange my own delivery and nobody has responded.
