This tactics shows complete disregard for applicants, including elderly travelers and others who are particularly vulnerable to fatigue. It is driven by greed and constitutes poor customer service.

Why do visa applications still require confirmed flight tickets when global travel plans can change overnight? It forces unnecessary cancellations and extra costs for travellers. Travel intent proof would make far more sense in today’s world.

Shocked & saddened to hear the news of Mrs Leena Jaisani's demise. She was an integral part of @FICCIFRAMES since as long as I can remember & instrumental in putting the summit, the M&E working committee etc together. May God bless her soul & give her family strength to cope with the loss.
