You can’t beat experience. It’s the fall of every young manager or leader. You get engrossed so much with information and practising what you’ve learnt that you forget you’re working with humans who have emotions too. I read the same from Ancelotti when he was younger. He was engrossed with systems. It’s the moment he found out understanding the characters in his team would help him he became a better and more successful manager.
