@NicacioFred @Yorubaness You should visit the J. Randle Centre for Yorùbá Culture & History. You will be blown away. You should come for their next big event in May.

I am the man in the video who embodies Èsù! What a beautiful surprise to see the video of my performance being commented on and praised by so many Yorubas. 🥹 I am initiated in the traditions of Èsìn Òrìṣà Ìbílẹ̀. I am Brazilian and a son of Orunmila–Ifá, honoring the traditions that were possible to reclaim. I take great pride in all of this! And it is a great honor to embody Èsù, the Owner of the Paths and of Communication, the Order of the Universe, on the Carnival avenue here in Brazil. Thank you to all my Yoruba brothers and sisters. One day I will go to the Land of my ancestors to celebrate Èsù with you. Asè! ❤️🖤

@Real1_balogun You are right. Ancelotti wrote about it in his book when Italy faced Nigeria in the 1994 World Cup. He also spoke about a staff bringing stats to play a particular player when he coached Chelsea. You must remember players are humans. Experienced coaches know this.

You can’t beat experience. It’s the fall of every young manager or leader. You get engrossed so much with information and practising what you’ve learnt that you forget you’re working with humans who have emotions too.
I read the same from Ancelotti when he was younger. He was engrossed with systems. It’s the moment he found out understanding the characters in his team would help him he became a better and more successful manager.
