when i went to glasgow to write about numbers in 2010, jackmaster arranged to pay my train fare, b/c the guardian wouldn't cover £100 of expenses, and i was skint - the warmth and hospitality was off the charts, as you can prob tell from the piece ❤️ theguardian.com/music/2010/apr…
