I informed the same to your customer care but they don’t seem to have any feasible solution to this. I would request you to look into this matter and solve this urgently.

4/4 I’ve attempted to reach out via your customer care email (customerrelations@saudia.com), but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. Additionally, other attempts at communication have not received any response, which has been quite disappointing.

3/3 I have filled up the "Claim Missing Miles" form on the Saudia mobile app twice but it has been rejected without any valid reason. Please credit my miles, as I intend to use them soon.

@Akshat_World Same here @CoinByZerodha whereas order was placed before 2pm. Your policies do not state that investor will be allotted NAV for the day after if money is transferred by UPI before 2pm. You have to resolve this!

On 4th June the markets had fallen. Many Retail Investors placed orders for their Mutual Funds before 3pm. The NAV allotted to them should have been for 4th. But, they got their Mutual Funds allotted based on NAV on 5th. This robbed them of their rightful gains. I thought this is some kind of anomaly. And, maybe it happened with a handful of people. But, when I checked within my investment community: I was surprised to see the extent of this problem. Just bringing to everyone's notice. But, no one literally stands up for small guys.

@LetsTalk_FPL I just don't understand why FPL content creators would suggest United assets in the first place. They play awful football and the stats don't back them up either. Coming from an United fan, I make sure to never build a team around United assets. PS - Bruno 2020-2021 was different
