@OliveEtVinum Same thing can be said for throwing on some headphones and hitting an intense workout, sitting at home and reading a book, watching a movie at the cinema. It's fun to disconnect from the future and past and just be here fully connected to right now.

@OliveEtVinum Similar to a concert of a band you love. It's an experience that almost completely occupies all of your senses, making it easier to be fully present and in the moment. Takes you away from the stresses and worries you have in life for a short time.

I have never once in my entire life felt compelled to dance in front or with anyone I have never once wanted to go to a club, I've worked in them they're horrible & noisey Can anyone explain why people want to "dance" or go to clubs I've legit my whole life never understood?
