Imagine buying for e.g. a 2013-17 'used' Range or BMW at $10k or less overseas. Used in Africa for another 3 years from the 3 years the first owner probably had it for. Past a 140k miles, history of repairs yet still uploading it on Facebook & selling at 700k($10k+). Star ngen👏🏾
