your eyes need to stay white and healthy by keeping them hydrated by dilating the tiny vessels on the surface. So if you don't have conditions like ulcers, IBS, gastritis and you're fine with peppers, please utilize them.

Ophthalmologist here. Easy tip. Pepper or Chili do wonders for the eyes. You have brown or bloodshot eyes, have problem with eye allergies (itching), you want whiter eyes - all chili. And i don't recommend the commercial grade ones. They have lots of other stuff
