@virginmedia Thank you - I managed to call them and I believe they’ve sent out another WiFi Pod, so I’m hopeful that’ll solve my issue.

@iamryanodonnell Hi Ryan, Sorry you're still having trouble connecting the additional Wi-Fi Pod and have not been able to reach us via call. Can you kindly send us a Direct Message, so we can look into this for you further.

@virginmedia Hi! I just got an additional WiFi Pod (already have one but upstairs) but the additional pod will not connect to my router. It just keeps flashing white and has done for several hours. What can I do to resolve this? 😊

@iamryanodonnell We can assist further via DM. However, I would recommend calling the number provided first when you can because if it has not been activated they can activate it for you.

@iamryanodonnell We are sorry these steps have not worked. May I ask if you have called the activations team on 0800 953 9500 to check whether it has been activated. If you call and find that it has not been activated, we are more than happy to discuss the matter further via direct message.

@virginmedia Unfortunately none of the above has worked, the second WiFi Pod is still not showing in VM Connect. I think it may need linking remotely!

Hello Ryan, I’m really sorry you’re having trouble getting the additional Wi-Fi Pod connected, I know it can be frustrating when it keeps flashing white for hours and just won’t pair properly. Please try the following steps when you have a moment: • Check the Pod placement, ideally somewhere open, central, and not blocked by walls or furniture. • Power cycle the Hub by unplugging it for around 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. • If your Hub was recently replaced or activated, make sure it’s fully enabled on your account. • Try using the WPS button: press and hold the WPS button on the Hub for about 20 seconds, then plug the Pod in nearby. • If the issue continues, a factory reset of the Hub may help restore the connection settings. If the Pod still won’t connect after trying the above, you can always reach out to us for further support, we’ll be happy to help and can also check whether the Pod needs linking to your Hub remotely.

82% battery health at 30,000 miles seems a bit excessive 😬

@teslascope Can confirm, I was also offered 2026.8.6 but was pulled and now apparently up to date on 2026.8.3. HW3 Intel, 2021 Model 3 LR AWD

We’ve observed a majority of Tesla vehicles with 2026.8.6 pending (whether awaiting install or download) have had the update pulled from their vehicles worldwide. This also impacted our own vehicle. No official insight into the decision at this time can be provided.
