@wholemars Somehow bring Grok and Full Screen Visualisation to Intel HW3. Considering the main use of Grok is in the cloud, there’s no reason it couldn’t be brought to these vehicles.

@virginmedia Hi! I just got an additional WiFi Pod (already have one but upstairs) but the additional pod will not connect to my router. It just keeps flashing white and has done for several hours. What can I do to resolve this? 😊

@virginmedia Unfortunately none of the above has worked, the second WiFi Pod is still not showing in VM Connect. I think it may need linking remotely!

Hello Ryan, I’m really sorry you’re having trouble getting the additional Wi-Fi Pod connected, I know it can be frustrating when it keeps flashing white for hours and just won’t pair properly. Please try the following steps when you have a moment: • Check the Pod placement, ideally somewhere open, central, and not blocked by walls or furniture. • Power cycle the Hub by unplugging it for around 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. • If your Hub was recently replaced or activated, make sure it’s fully enabled on your account. • Try using the WPS button: press and hold the WPS button on the Hub for about 20 seconds, then plug the Pod in nearby. • If the issue continues, a factory reset of the Hub may help restore the connection settings. If the Pod still won’t connect after trying the above, you can always reach out to us for further support, we’ll be happy to help and can also check whether the Pod needs linking to your Hub remotely.
