the 99 malware inside the Computer is a parasite that controls Baldi and aim's to get rid of the player using ingame elements. ever notice how Baldi is the only entity who can end ur game whenever he has his Ruler in specific ? Notice how when Baldi's Ruler breaks he cant end ur game?? and when he announces the broken ruler event it isnt just normal Baldi dialouge. there HAS to be a specific reason why mystman made Baldi's voice bug out like that. and personally i think its because the Malware / 99 lost access to Baldi's Data Because of his ruler breaking. the Ruler is important to 99 in order to defeat the player, without Baldi's Ruler the malware is basically powerless. i think 99 is trying to try as hard as it can to prevent the player from seeing the ending. there has to be something like SUPER inferior to it at the end of the game that itll use stuff like events or (eventually in the future) horror elements or glitches to side track the player and distract them from getting closer to what could potentially uninstall 99. maybe with like an Anti-Virus?? maybe thats whats gonna be the actual ending in plus. something that can delete 99 and returns the game into a normal cleaner state. kinda like how NULL possessed Baldi in BBCR and then when you defeat him the game turns back to "normal". id like to also mention that Baldi moves like a normal NPC in the tutorial because he doesnt have his ruler, and he doesnt end ur game either when he touches you which is very interesting and carries back to my earlier points. without Baldi and his ruler, the 99 malware is basically useless. but yah thats why i think Baldi has his blue elbow, because 99 is trying to use him to evict the player from the game 😛
