@JioCare do you guys have anyone in customer care who can talk English ?!? I placed order for new sim and made payments, I just get calls and the moment I ask them to talk in English they disconnect it . Seriously poor and not a good customer support at all .

@Airtel_Presence Yeah will do it , but Dont ask me to report numbers of every spam calls that I get . Just Truecaller can identify spam calls why not AIRTEL ?

Dear @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence worst customer service from your side. Inspite of registering for DND and lodging a service request i am getting telemarketing calls everyday. The service request was closed yesterday and I am getting calls today.

@aravindhanIPS @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DND is just a show off service. I have been facing this issue since several years . Telemarketing are more knowledgeable they come up with new numbers Daily and telecom org do not have any control on it

@airtelindia hello unable to reach customer care I’m having issue with my broadband since last night. How do you expect us to connect you ? No options at all however you provide hell lot of options to pay your bills and multiple follow up calls . Improve your service.
