The contrast between the 2018 Supreme Court of India and the 2026 Supreme Court of India is undeniable. Judges then engaged with personal liberty, sexual autonomy, constitutional morality, and dignity; now, all that remains is hollow talk of swadeshi. Harvard may not have been perfect, but at the very least, it pretended to be progressive; Hisar is shamelessly regressive. These are not just changing times, they are troubling ones and should scare us all.
