@ian_LGI16 here’s one. Dobes’ play is making Fowler expendable, and many think Fowler is better. Something like Nelson and a 3rd for Fowler. Then turn around and trade Sorokin, Eiserman and a first for Draisaitl. Which part is nuts?

I would. I am pretty high on Cagnoni and we would recoup the 1st lost in the Brayden Schenn deal. I dont know much about the other prospect tho

@ian_LGI16 @PuckPedia Yes I think it’s a fair trade on paper, cagnoni doesn’t really do much for me since he would have very little chance of being anything but an ahl player on our team. So If we could get a different player that fits a different need but everything else works nice

@ian_LGI16 @PuckPedia Yes..Cagnoni is small and a LD which we don't need so he's tradebait Halttunen is 20, winger, and a big kid..6'4' 210 with some upside. Another 1st in this deep draft would be sweet Pelech's $5M+ we need for the Cap space and it allows George to take his spot..

@ian_LGI16 @PuckPedia Cagnoni is ready to play now. He has size issues, but can add another offensive element from the blueline they don’t have. Haltunen has great size and transitioned well from junior hockey, and has middle 6 upside. 1st rounder is almost like an added bonus.
