Most people hear “lawsuit” and think chaos. Stress. Drama. Destruction. That’s because too many people see the fight and not the finish. Litigation isn’t how chaos starts. It’s how you end it. Consider this... 🧵

This is Michelle Vu, MD. She does Fertility Medicine in New York 🚨 “28 weeks pregnant. You know what I'm gonna take some Tylenol with acetaminophen — and my baby won't have autism” (laughs) These people need to lose their medical licenses. Again, this woman is in fertility medicine. There is a 100% chance she will still be advising all her patients to take Tylenol

@chrisdacey The guy has cameras trained on people's backyards and homes. It's excessive. I would bet the city's order was motivated by complaints of the neighbours more than anything else.

"City of Hamilton orders resident to take down security cameras from his home" Leave your keys at the door, don't fight back, and no security cameras! You can't make this stuff up.

I see it all the time. Clients thinking that ignoring legal problems will make them go away. It never does. In lawsuits, the only way out is through. Don't hide from your problems, run towards them head on. Attack them with intensity. "If you have to eat shit, don't nibble."

If you want to get rich on X, it isn't going to be through creator revenue or meme coins. Instead, think about one subject matter that you know more about than anyone else in the world. It can be anything: plumbing, menswear, Indian food, furniture, social apps, whatever. Post one unexpected insight you picked from your experience in that area. Keep it under 5 sentences. Do this every day for 6 months. If you stick to it, we will promote your account to others. By the end, you will be recognized as the world's leading expert in that subject area and you can charge whatever you want for endorsements, your time, or whatever. And no one will be able to take that way from you.

The worst lawyers are always angry and always "on". The best lawyers I know only turn it on when it matters. Ruthless on the record, only to share a laugh with you during a recess. Rare breeds amongst the uptights of today.

Contracts aren’t for when things go right. They’re for when it all goes wrong. If you’re building real products, services, or partnerships, litigation risk is certain. Smart drafting doesn’t avoid conflict. It wins it. Draft for disagreement. That’s where leverage lives.

You don’t get sued over what’s clear. You get sued over what’s assumed. Startups and service providers move fast. But contracts that move too fast bleed later. Here’s how to bulletproof your agreements before they become Exhibit A. 🧵

Labour arbitration isn’t casual. It’s not an HR formality or a shop-floor gripe session. It’s trial by combat in a compressed timeframe where every wasted minute weakens your position and increases cost. Whether you are management or union side. Here’s how to dominate from Day One:

Arbitration is speed chess. You either move with discipline, or you get outplayed by someone who does. The first day isn’t the beginning. It’s the culmination of preparation. Show up tactical. Show up sharp. Or don’t show up at all.
