Mental harrasment by @NykaaFashion 👎 I ordered Nike Gamma Force shoes (₹8495) on 13th March (Order ID: NYK-37390198-2774676, AWB: 28449611147982 via Delhivery). 17th March: Package arrives COMPLETELY TORN. Delivery agent says “pressure se phat gaya.” I trusted him. Tried the shoes, size felt loose, requested return. Simple? No. Pickup attempt 1: CANCELLED due to “tag mismatch.” Checked UPC, turns out this doesn’t match a genuine Nike product. You sent me a FAKE item. Called customer care 10+ TIMES. Every time a NEW agent. No history. No accountability. One of them even asked me to CHANGE my complaint reason to bypass your system. Pickup attempts 2, 3, 4: FAILED again for the SAME “tag issue.” Then your team promised a “no QC return.” Today: Delivery agent DENIES pickup saying it’s NOT approved. Call again → NEW agent says they now need tag images AGAIN to approve no QC, AFTER already confirming earlier that all shared proofs were sufficient. So basically: You send a FAKE product → You fail pickups → You give false assurances → You make the customer repeat everything → And still NO resolution. This is customer harrasment and mental harassment along with NEGLIGENCE. ₹8495 is hard earned money, not something you dismiss like this. @NykaaFashion @Nike @Delhivery @jagograhakjago @consumeraffairs I demand immediate pickup without further excuses and full refund. Fix this NOW.
