Don't mind, so don't ask. It's OK w me! I do serious business in important places. I enjoy having fun and then talking about it.

Skip to the punch line if you like… I was fixing a car at a buddies house when i heard cops yelling at some guy they cornered on the next block after he drove like an idiot attempting to evade. The passenger runs on foot, hops the fence next too my buddies, and ran past me down the road. Dep's climbed fences as well as looked for the guy but the dogs were idiots and were probably chasing after a rodent they smelled. Eventually they rolled past and asked me if I had seen him. I said yes and pointed which way the guy went, and that he was probably long gone(they wasted a lot of time with those dogs). She stopped to walk out and talk to me but I halted her before she walked onto the property, exclaiming "This isn't my property, I can't invite you onto it." Incidentally, my buddy was not home at the time. She asked me what I saw and i described the guy (White male, black shirt). She left. Hour or two passes. My buddy and friends were back at the house with me when another dep shows up asking questions about my first conversation with the other deputy. I confirmed that he had it right, even though we both agreed that with the layout of the streets and adjacent tracks, the direction he was running did not make much sense. He still seemed skeptical but that was all I had to offer him. My buddies friend had been drinking and got offended by the dep's presence. As the dep was about to leave, the friend got lippy, the dep called him a name, I scolded the dep because it really was unprofessional, etc. It got messy for a second. The dep just looked at me and asked me straight up, "He's not the guy right?" I then realized my buddy's friend actually did look a lot like the guy. Even with the baggy black shirt and everything. But I assured him he wasn't the guy and that I was the only one there when it happened. He tried to fluster me at the end, but I counter-flustered him; "And you said he had on a white shirt, right?" "NO sir! HE was white. His shirt was black." I could see the wheels turning in his head as he hesitated. He went "…alright." and drove off. Lol My friend was a little irked I had said anything in the first place, but when I told him what I said to the first lady, he called me a genius. I will admit it got the job done. Temporarily anyway lol

I noticed on the the X app, the @grok input box does not disappear anymore when switching between search or home, then back to the app. That was a frustrating quirk, so thanks for fixing it. I would suggest going further and adding the ability to save drafts in case the app were to crash. Thanks again!

“We need to fill up the moon sand with footprints.” My five year-old said this to me over the weekend out of the blue as kids often do. He’s been begging us to take him to Kennedy Space Center. He knows who the Soviets were because of his book on the space race. He can name all the shuttles and wishes they were still flying. I keep thinking about the moon sand today. That some companies are not just good businesses or technologies. They’re dreams built for everyone, but most importantly, for children. And if your company somehow alters the reality of what a child thinks is possible for him and what his parents knew was not possible for them, that is a noble company of the highest order.

ELON MUSK: Earth is Tiny. The Future is Space. Human civilization uses only a tiny fraction of the Sun’s energy. Even if humanity used a million times more energy, it would still be extremely small compared to the Sun’s power. The Sun dominates the solar system, holding around 99.8% of its total mass. Everything outside the Sun is almost insignificant when measured against the Sun’s scale and energy. Earth-based civilization has a natural limit because our planet’s resources are small compared to what exists in space. To grow civilization in a truly meaningful way, humanity has to expand beyond Earth. Space is not optional for long-term growth — it is the next step for civilization.

@RossKneeDeep There is a very good reason politicians fight for socialized schooling, but not socialized food and agriculture. Because it is easier to rule a nation of idiots rather than a nation of starving people.(e.g. USSR)

@StephenKing Seems reasonable, since residential land prices range roughly between 20% and 350% less than the national average. It costs far less to live there. But I'm sure it's difficult to see that from your mansion estate and three guest houses. #gtfomyfeed

@RoKhanna Trump is the one who forced the issue back into the spotlight. Biden said nary a word his whole term. Trump tricked the lead prosecutor(James Comey's daughter🙄) into leaking disinfo and had Bondi fire her ass for it.

The AG has not prosecuted anyone in the Epstein class. The AG has given Trump & his family indefinite immunity. The AG has set up a slush fund to pay off Trump's criminal allies. Enough is enough. When Democrats are in charge, we will stand up against two tiers of justice.

Free Market capitalism and socialism are both forms of capitalism. Each system has capital resources allocated by people. The difference is between who does the allocating. In FMC, it is left to the people at large, with government only interfering to punish fraud and settle disputes. In socialism, a small group of elite, typically government officials/politburo, do the allocating and offer no protections from fraud or theft, since the government holds monopolies on both(i.e. the money is confiscated in the name of empowering workers, which makes no sense because private property rights are incompatible with socialism).

If capitalism is so great, why do corporations need tax breaks, subsidies, exemptions, grants, legal protections, bailouts, and trade protections? and why when citizens need these things, it's socialism?

Tbh, human rights movements are more like lupus. With the body's immune system mistakenly attacking healthy tissues and organs. Kind of dark, but definitely a more apt analogy, imo. Cheer up tho… On the bright side, there's no cure.
Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur oPt@FranceskAlbs

Human rights movements are the antibody of healthy societies and political systems. From civil society, activists, workers, ordinary people, intellectuals: everyone is needed.

The real problem is they bring military aged men from failed states. That's a huge no-no. We're supposed show mercy by taking in women and children, and leaving the men where they stand to fix the failed state they helped create, or to die trying. This way, if they can't fix it, at least they can't reproduce and spread their failed ideology.

Let’s get it clear once and for all. It’s not about race, folks. That’s a Democrat trick. It’s about CULTURE. Am I a racist? Absolutely not. Am I a culturalist? Unequivocally, yes. If you can’t assimilate to this culture, our values, our laws, and our traditions, get out.

Watch this woman completely unravel before your eyes. Imagine demanding a private audience while putting on a main-character performance in a public parking lot. A masterclass in weaponized entitlement unfolded outside a local Starbucks when a woman in a pink sweater chose to escalate a completely lawful situation into a bizarre public spectacle. The individual went out of her way to confront a First Amendment auditor filming in public spaces, aggressively claiming her right to privacy while simultaneously creating the exact scene she claimed to despise. The legal realities here are simple and absolute: The Right to Record: Under the First Amendment, citizens have a firmly protected right to film and photograph in public areas, including sidewalks and public parking lots. There is no legal expectation of privacy when standing outdoors in plain view. The Assault Threat: In a desperate bid to shut down the cameras, the woman physically aggressively approached the auditors, prompting responding law enforcement to explicitly warn her that touching them or their equipment constitutes criminal assault. The "Citizen's Arrest" Delusion: Refusing to back down, she repeatedly demanded that officers initiate a citizen's arrest against the cameramen. The officers correctly and calmly explained that they cannot enforce the peace based on personal grievances, nor can they arrest people for exercising their constitutional rights. The situation reached its peak of absurdity when she shifted from citing fabricated local ordinances to shouting threats about the FBI, declaring she would have everyone convicted of a crime, before finally storming off. Ultimately, law enforcement stood their ground, refusing to cater to her demands. The auditors continued their lawful recording, leaving the woman with nothing but the viral spotlight she so desperately—and ironically—cultivated for herself.
