@virginmedia I don't need an engineer, I simply need the right parts to be delivered. The fact that a new customer can have their pack within 3 days but existing customers experiencing an issue must wait 11 days shows a great deal about your loyalty and priorities as a business. Great start!
@ibs_swagger An engineer visit would take longer for an install I'm afraid which is why we do offer the quickstart packs where possible. We can only apologise on the wait time but there isn't anything we can do to expedite this. KF
@ibs_swagger Hi Ibs, we're sorry to see the cable isn't going in all the way. Did you also receive a Hub and adaptor for that? If so they may have been mixed up. If swapping them over doesn't help, please call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can get a replace cable out to you. KF
@virginmedia Just spoke to customer service team who said they'll send engineer on 11th May. Wow just Wow! I gotta wait 11 days as a brand new customer with faulty equipment to have my issue resolved but my neighbour can sign up and have his new package within 3 days. That's unacceptable!

Hi I've not been contacted by the Charlton SE7 branch now almost 1 month. I bought PS5 spiderman bundle at the store on 16/11 and was promised I get a call within 2/3 weeks to collect my order. London have had their stock replenished This is unacceptable!
