Now, you change it again to be more specific. I repeat, I'm not trans. But transwomen can not give birth. Transmen can. No, my SRS had very little impact on my day to day life. I have been fully accepted across society for 40 years - THAT puts me on the same side as women regarding sociological impacts. The medical side is asymptotic. "People like you..." you don't even know any aspect of my life - but you are happy to express your prejudices about it.

Chromosomally. Not that it matters post-op and years of hrt, we are far closer to biologically being female than male. Years of our cells functionally expressing themselves per the X chromosome, leaves the entire body altered. While I will NOT claim to be 100% biologically female, I will argue 'asymptotic to female'.
