@consensusadidem @JoelKennedyy @FootyonNine Well fortunately for you, you’ll watch ur team only lose by 30 instead of 50.
English

@JoelKennedyy @FootyonNine As a Swannies fan, I wouldn't mind seeing Bailey miss a game. I don't think this is the Cats biggest test more the other way round.
English

A shoulder concern for Bailey Smith ahead of Geelong’s clash with Sydney on Saturday.
Despite only a light session, the midfielder was unable to get through training, his fitness set to be monitored closely throughout the week.

As Geelong gears up for its biggest test of the season against Sydney on Saturday, Bailey Smith has added fresh uncertainty to the build‑up. @JoelKennedyy #9News

@BlightysCats @HawksInsiders It’s funny because if you do a combined 18 b/w Geelong and Hawks, there are only about 5-6 hawks that make it
English

@HawksInsiders And none of the Hawthorn top 5 make it into Geelong's top 5 👍
English

Since this one caused a bit of a stir, it's:
Matthews
Hudson
Dunstall
Hodge
Mitchell
Buddy
Daylight…
Then Pendles in the conversation with Knights, Platten, Tuck, Burgoyne and Crawford.
Now excuse me while I go and iron my gold #10 jumper (for Chance Bateman).
Hawks Insiders@HawksInsiders
All this talk around Pendles being Collingwood’s 🐐 are interesting. No shade on an absolute legend of the game but would he even crack into Hawthorn’s top 10?
English

Hey @CalTwomey what day this week is the Harley Reid 50 games ranked article coming out? Looking forward to it! Thanks mate.

Ahead of his 50th AFL game, @CalTwomey has ranked all of Nick Daicos' games in the black and white. See the list: afl.com.au/news/1082831

@BradKlibansky Top 3 don’t have votes being stolen off them. I still think Baz finishes on top
English

@WizardEnjoyer5 So the same amount of TNF games as Collingwood and Sydney & 2 less than Geelong, and yet you find something to cry about.
English

@JayJay1094727 @WizardEnjoyer5 Not that many actually. I’m a Geelong supporter, we have had 2 and 5 scheduled - that’s 2 more than Hawthorn will have.
Sydney will also have 5, Brisbane will have 4, & Collingwood will have 5.
English

@ice_digger @WizardEnjoyer5 Learn something new everyday. Thank you!
Why so many Thursday night games for the hawks :(

@mattkassebaum @Sivixio28 @AFL @MatthewLloyd18 Let me guess you follow Hawthorn. What a surprise.
Sam Mitchell never was and never will be within the same tier as Dangerfield, let alone be better than him.
English

Do you agree with @MatthewLloyd18's rankings? 🤔

English

@JimDavids5 @AflGlicko @Rockett2424 Very true, but in all honesty, they do not deserve to win, Sydney were just the better side that day.
However, it is notable that they, to date, have scored the most points against them this season.
English

@ice_digger @AflGlicko @Rockett2424 Not to add but against Sydney, Mihocek went down injured early in the game. Massive blow to lose him. Could have won that game if he was out there the whole game.
English

@AFL @MatthewLloyd18 Pendles and Sam Mitchell themselves will tell you Danger, Fyfe, Selwood, & Bartel are exponentially better.
English

@TheMightyOz77 @tommorris32 @GeelongCats @7AFL @1116sen “Medical” doesn’t exclusively mean physical injuries, ya nuffie. “AFL’s medical model” is quite clearly alluding to the AFL’s Illicit Drug Policy
English

@tommorris32 @GeelongCats @7AFL @1116sen So if he has beholden to the AFL’s medical model then it can’t be a injury then can it Tom
English

Tyson Stengle is back in Victoria and keen to get back into footy. While he's still beholden to the AFL's medical model, his hope is to return to the @GeelongCats next week. He is training away from the club until then as he re-builds fitness. @7AFL @1116sen

@AflGlicko @Rockett2424 The only indication of Melbourne being ‘inconsistent’ is losing to Essendon in ADL, which they shouldn’t have, but a clear blip b/w two hard fixtures.
Their other losses were
1) a battering to a better side (freo)
2) going toe-to-toe with Sydney away
English

@ice_digger @Rockett2424 Sixth through fourteenth within two goals for me. Beyond the top five there's a gap. Hawthorn have more runs on the board, and to my eye Melbourne are inconsistent
English

@AflGlicko @Rockett2424 Fair, 10 is interchangeable - they’re all pretty horrible.
You could put in either the doggies, Collingwood, north, or Port.
English

@ice_digger @Rockett2424 Some considerations for availability in order? I think Collingwood full strength are worse than Footscray and Giants but with current injuries clearly better.
English

@Rockett2424 @AflGlicko My top 10 would be:
1. Geelong
2. Sydney
3. Freo
4. Brisbane
5. Melbourne/Hawks
7. Gc
8. Adelaide
9. St Kilda
10. WB
English

@ice_digger @AflGlicko Ok, do the calcs and present your ladder then.
English

@Ronbishop97 @AflGlicko Nothing proud about being a port supporter considering you beat a Geelong side on cruise control
English

@brayden_shezza @AflGlicko With our coach btw. Now imagine going up against the teacher of your coach with 10x the better list
English

@AflGlicko We’ve Beat Hawthorn, Beat GC. Teams you lost too. Port pumped yas and it took you 4 quarters to get past North.
You’re a good team but not the best in Victoria.
