Tips for newly joined IM residents: 1. Any unconscious patient/drowsy patient/patient presenting with seizures, make sure to get a Random Blood Sugar checked with a Glucometer. (Even if he's not a diabetic patient; you'd be surprised how many times sepsis can cause hypoglycemia)
