Heavy selection in India can be explained by huge population N combined with education related requirements for visas in America, this coalesces into 82 percent of Indians in America having a degree, in comparison to the average of about 40 percent, and in India approx. 13 percent.
This puts another dent in the logical foundations of the blank slate, as even the most selected groups who are chosen heavily for a very career focused dedication that the average run of the mill American doesn’t have still score an iq of about the same as the average white mean of 100, moreover in spite of being the top non-representative quintiles of Indians, they also have significantly higher SES and exposure to education via higher college attendance and studying in comparison to average white student, in spite of this, they still can’t score higher non school test score IQ rates than white Americans. As picture 2 shows an average iq score of 95 for Indians in America utilizing GSS data, picture 3 shows an average iq of 102 for Indians compared to the white mean of 100
Historical genetic isolation in India through rigorous caste systems that stifled incentives towards upwards mobility and advancement helps explain this, humans naturally have a mentality towards some form of societal advancement, but caste systems heavily disincentivize such advancement due to their restrictive discriminatory nature, evolutionarily speaking this has stifled cognitive advancement, as (Clark 2007) and (Frost 2023) have noted, genetic directional evolution in cognition among the British and European population necessitated the capacity for upwards mobility from the lower to the middle and upper classes, moreover it also required downward mobility in which there becomes such a big middle class that eventually the original middle class becomes the new lower class, a rising tide that is lifting all genetic boats to the point of full population replacement
