I missed doing this~
Here’s some lewd art I commissioned a few weeks ago to celebrate being able to post nsfw content again!
“It’s NUN your business what I’m doing with this nun~!” <3

@Ickeboot1@AzuraDulait I don't mean Vgen's TOS. I mean to set up a service on Vgen as an artist you have to include a TOS. Of course what is in that TOS is entirely up to the artist and they can just write "Nothing" but every service has one that both sides have to accept for a service to be started.
This isn’t directed at anyone, but I have a question. What’s the point of paying +50% more on commercialized artwork if the artist claims they still have rights to the art and posts it in full resolution anyways? Why did “I” pay for the rights to the art if in tos everyone claims the artist can still do whatever they want with the artwork?
bought my first matching lace set today its so freaking cutie 🥹🥹 its like completely see through though so idk about posting but just know its awesome:3c
I showed my husband some of the girls on the VFleet site, and every girl I'm like "ohh she's a battleship, do you know this one?"
and he just goes "damn her tiddies fat"
@AzuraDulait It is why you should always discuss your intent. I can't speak for all of us, but for my own practices if a client says they are using the art for a specific project and would like it kept private until then or so they can post it themselves it just needs to be asked
@AzuraDulait When you pay for commercial rights you are paying for the right to commercialize that artist's work without having to get permissions every time. You are paying for to share in those rights with the artist/author.
@Ickeboot1@AzuraDulait except most artists (and sites like vgen) have a TOS. You agreeing to that TOS is a contract. Most of these things are covered under copyright law.
@AzuraDulait I don't really understand how they come to that claim. There was no real contract that communicated anything around that.
So they could not sue you for it directly.
A contract can be made just through words, but it ends with everything that wasn't communicated
Attention, Blackbirds! @Habu71VT is coming to Rift Runners! Are you going to try to make a dark machine deck?
Look for her and all the other @VFleetProject members in the new card set, coming soon!
@Vivi_the_Dragon There is definitely a lot of streamer and online beef that should stay private when drama is between two specific people, but if it harms many or could harm more later it needs to be public and names needed to be named (like those that scammed but refuse to out the scammer).
Let’s not turn this into victim blaming, it is really difficult to come out against a powerful person, they have a lot more possibility of threatening you and hurting you… I am just pointing out that we shouldn’t tell victims to keep quiet like it should be a “private” matter
How else do young naive streamers find out about the terrible people unless we out the bad ones?? People say why don’t you just keep it private when if they DID keep it private, new victims would continuously keep getting tricked…
