Many companies, including their own, were busy debuting and promoting new groups, with constant talk about finding the "next BTS". Korean media seemed equally focused on pushing that narrative. At the same time, boycotters and toxic multis were everywhere, criticizing BTS, dragging their name, and praising others. On top of that, that witch who tried her best to bring them down. Meanwhile, Namjoon was serving in one of the worst military locations near the North Korean border, isolated from his members & the outside world. Other members were also serving separately across the country. If you were in their position, wouldn’t you have felt the same fears and doubts? But there is one thing they underestimated: to ARMY, BTS are not just idols who can be easily replaced or forgotten. They are a source of comfort, strength, and countless memories. For many of us, they feel like family, and family cannot be replaced.
