Ares Strategic Mining Secures Clear Title to 101 Additional Claims in Utah
Ares has resolved its dispute with Hinkinite Resources LLC, acquiring 101 unpatented lode mining claims in the Spor Mountain district. This expands Ares’ holdings to ~454 claims covering over 7,700 acres. The deal includes:
US$77,878 cash
170,887 shares issued at $0.395/share
Transfer of proprietary geological data and mapping
CEO James Walker: “This settlement eliminates title uncertainty and strengthens our position as we advance towards our application for a potential NASDAQ uplisting.” A key de-risking step for the Lost Sheep Fluorspar Mine and U.S. critical minerals supply.
