@Ekitipikin @Dmayorusalon “THE WATER FROM AFRICA” is a story that gave birth to Africa Union, where the tribes in Africa defended their homeland from colonial invaders, before the creation of many African countries. Click here: selar.co/i4gyk7 if you’re in🇳🇬 Here: koji.to/k/9rcl 🇬🇧🇺🇸etc

I saw a trending post, a wife refused to cook soup because husband dropped 15k. I know everyone is Dangote online but for real, 15k can cook soup but if you say it can’t, add your money. Things are very difficult for one person to cater for family now.

Is there an update in prison we don’t know, the rate at which people are posting false news with direct tag is alarming.

PORTABLE would’ve easily secured a knockout win if he had the height advantage. CATEREFE actually surprised a lot of people in that fight against Portable but it can be easily predicted because the two are not trained boxers. PORTABLE would’ve won the fight with his aggression and fearlessness if his height matched that of CATEREFE. But due to the obvious disadvantage, he struggled throughout the fight. He struggled to even land clean punches on CATEREFE because he had to overextend his hand before getting close enough. CATEREFE was smart enough and used his advantage well enough. Congratulations to CATEREFE. A well deserved win.

Hey guys let me just say the truth okay...this match was scripted. Portable was paid 70million naira to loose to carter efe this is why he didnt even put his all into the fight. if u watch it, it was at the ending he was trying to bring in more energy.. but this fight was scripted for Efe to win, they just want to Promote Carter efe more.. Carter efe paid over 100 million naira from his Subscription money he got from his fans just to win this match, and he bet over 50 million for him to win and getting all money spent back.. this is all scripted though... if u know, u know. we all know Carter efe cant just beat Portable like this lol... na for dream? all was scripted... i have prove. just ask

His body is at the mortuary and the family have been told that whenever they want to see it, they will be allowed to. However its a case of suspected murder, so autopsy is compulsory and the family also agreed to this. Thank you

Remember Mene, the boy executed in public in Delta by a Nigerian SARS police officer few days ago? The police say they can’t find his body for his family to bury. Where is Oghenemine Ogidi’s body? @PoliceNG #EndSARS #JusticeForMene

This is crazy!!! I just moved into this estate two days ago.. Today a woman came to my flat to tell me about their "recognition fee" According to her, once a new tenant moves in, he or she is expected to pay the sum of ₦250,000 as "tenant recognition fee" The ₦250,000 will be used to buy drinks and gifts to officially welcome the tenant. Neither the agent or landlord told me this when I paid my rent.. So after paying the sum of ₦1,700,000 as rent fee, I will still have to pay hungry tenant another ₦250,000 I reported it to the agent and he said it's none of his business "they have rules, follow it" The self acclaimed estate vise president said I will be disassociated if I don't pay it.. Please what will you do if you are the one cause this is crazy!!..?? Is that how you people that are living in estate do? This is my first time moving into estate.. Somebody talk to me please....

Interviewer; “People complain you didn’t give them electricity, suddenly you people will only provide 1 hour electricity for them, how does that work?” NEPA official in Bayelsa State; “The way the people use the light is the problem. Once they see light, they will turn on their freezer, washing machine, pumping machine and other electric appliances. Energy they would consume in one week, they will consume it in just one hour.”

@icon_sourcecode Yes, it's about demand and supply. There's no way you buy a product for ₦100 and sell it below the cost price.

This morning, the mechanic fixing our generator made a simple request - "I need petrol to clean it." Fair enough. I asked someone to get ₦10,000 worth of petrol. He left, came back, handed it over. You'd think that would be the end of it. But no. The mechanic looked at me and said, almost casually, "Oga, I'll still need another ₦10,000." I just paused. Because how do you argue with a system that keeps demanding more before it gives you anything? Eventually, the generator came back to life. The irony? We'll still buy diesel to actually power it. That's doing business in Nigeria today - you spend money fixing problems, more money maintaining them, and even more just to keep things running. In this economy, survival itself is a full-time investment. Nigeria will be OK.

@AdamsJohnson8 to #130 per bottle and oour customers understands Now diesel is 2030. Considering price review again, even if new price is pegged at #300 per bottle, it will never compliment the expenses of running such business in this country. “Nigeria is not okay”

@AdamsJohnson8 It’s crazy and Nigeria will not be okay until things are done right. For a bottle production many factors are considered Diesel, Machine Maintenance, Preforms, Packing Bag, Caps.We sold a piece of bottle for #100 when diesel was 1050, diesel increase to 1,750 we increased price

I wonder what the Yoruba elders were on back in the day😂. With words like: Ìkànnì Ayélujára - Website Abàmì - A strange occurrence Ìwọ̀ntún-wọ̀nsì - Balance Òfurufú - Sky Ìbálòpọ̀ - Sexual intercourse Àwùjẹ̀ - Fontanelle Atàpátadìde - Someone who made it from a poor background Adàgbà jẹ́ raufu - A slang for a fool Jẹ̀dí Jẹ̀dí - Pile Àjàkálẹ̀ aarun - An epidemic disease Àkàndá ènìyàn - A special/unique person They tend to avoid being too explicit, so they soften certain words, for example, referring to private parts with indirect terms like “Nkan ọmọkunrin” or “Ojú ara” instead of saying them outright. How did you come up with ‘Arara’ for dwarf or Non-chalant as ‘Àìbìkítà’ 🤣 How can we use three different words to express the same idea like “Effort” — làálàá, akitiyan, and ìgbìyànjú. The language is really fascinating.

“Yoruba is a very difficult language, I wouldn’t recommend it for my fav scholar. Hausa is looser than Yoruba, and Igbo is a little bit more torturous than Yoruba but nothing compares to the musicality of Yoruba, Yoruba sings. Some people are just tone d£af” - Prof Woke Soyinka
