don’t let others make you feel bad for focusing on yourself

it’s sad how our parents think they know us but they really don’t

the best thing about living on a floating rock is that in some way or another nothing matters

what if everything you’re going through rn is meant to prepare you for everything you wished for?

you’re not “hard to love” you just haven’t found the right people yet

i can be the loudest person or the quietest person - it depends on who i’m with

there’s no timeline for life - take your time and do what you love :)

do you ever wanna reach out to somebody but stop because you’re scared you’ll bother them?

don’t be afraid to take a few mental health days to focus on yourself

everyone deals with stress and copes with trauma differently - there’s no “right way”

one of the hardest lessons in life is learning to let people leave if they want to go

i give my all to everything i do so if i stop trying it means i’ve used up all my energy

my happiness comes from food :)

crying doesn’t make you weak - it just means you’ve been strong for too long

sometimes you just need to cry it out

it’s okay to start over. it’s okay to find new people who love you. it’s okay to try new things. it’s okay :)

nothing annoys me more than someone insisting i did something when i really didn’t
