@navana_property please resolve your delivery packages system transition - it’s been 5 days of lost packages. The fanfare about the new system seems a complete waste of money if you simply ‘cannot find’ items delivered AFTER the transition.

@vueling I did submit a form and I have shared my PIR via DM to you. However we still do not have any info like when to expect delivery or what our rights are, or even to confirm what we can do if the bags are delivered tomorrow when we will be at work. Why do you not have all the info?

@vueling There was no vueling staff in Gatwick and the phone line for customer services was closed.This is extremely poor service!we have left details with GBS but this was a paper form so very hard to feel safe that three of our bags (one was a volunteered hand luggage bag) will make it
