Officer trespassed onto this mans property and the owner decided to exercise his 2nd amendment rights.

The cop has no right to enter the property with a no trespassing sign unless chasing a fleeing citizen that he witnessed commit a crime. This cop should have walked off the property, taken pictures referred to the fire chief and nailed this dude with fines if it was against ordinances.

Every place handles service charges differently, so people are confused — but at a lot of restaurants, that fee does NOT go to servers. So now we’re out here handwriting “service charge is not a tip ♡” on checks just to avoid getting accidentally stiffed. Most guests aren’t even trying to be rude.
