It's ridiculous that when you need to call a Canadian bank or phone company you need to set aside multiple hours of your day? It's like I need to take the day off to wait on hold. It's not the fault of the CS reps it's the companies that don't want to invest time/money into CS 🙄

@TD_Canada I've been on hold for over an HOUR, I called someone last night and they were very unhelpful and just said to try again later. Your website and UX is extremely hard to find a number for contact. What kind of customer service is this?
