@icsd_2022 what a wonderful conference!

I will be giving an oral presentation in Utah at @icsd_2022 on “the role of spreading depolarizations in the acute behavioral deficits associated with single and repeated mild traumatic brain injuries” woo!

Dr. Andrea Harriott investigates the mechanisms underlying chronic pain and vascular disease in women with migraine aura, stroke, and preeclampsia. She also conducts basic science and translational research in migraine.

Dr. Elliot Smith examines electrical signals from patients undergoing neurosurgical treatment for epilepsy. He also studies the geometrical organization of brain activity during seizures, interictal discharges, and how epileptiform activity disrupts normal cognition.
