@idecreeking @neo_officialll God,m didn’t create evil, evil is created as a result of the corruption of sin. Start from the heavenly beings, Lucifer allowed pride in, hence the evil we see today, the fallen angels allowed lust, hence the Noah’s flood

@neo_officialll The word evil as used is the word ra in Hebrew which means calamity, it is not the English word evil as we know it. So yes, the lord creates peace and calamity in his just cause

@PharmMaidoki Fair point, but it's laughable when I hear rhetoric like you stated… because a bus conductor knows the names of all the streets in Lagos means he knows the details and lanes in those streets?

🚨 Diary of a Clinical Pharmacist, in a Federal Teaching Hospital. 6:00 AM – Awake, Prayed, drank a glass of water, quick pap + akara breakfast. Left house early, traffic no dey play. Prayed for patience today. 7:35 AM – Signed in, white coat on. • Morning brief: stock-out on essential antihypertensives (amlodipine, losartan) and some ARVs. 📍 Raised it again, HOD says revolving fund delay. 8:00 AM – Joined ward round (Endocrinology/Medicine). • Reviewed 10+ charts: counselled a new type 2 diabetic on metformin timing and foot care (she called me “teacher pharmacist” 😂). • Adjusted levothyroxine dose, flagged metformin + contrast dye risk for radiology. • Educated team on pharmacist role in deprescribing. 10:20 AM – Outpatient dispensing grind. • Screened 50+ scripts; caught wrong insulin pen strength and a risky NSAID + ACEI combo in hypertensive patient. • Counseled extensively: “This drug go help, but adherence na key o!” 🚨 Long queue, NEPA took light twice. Generator delay as usual. 12:00 PM – Lunch: tuwo shinkafa from cafeteria + cold zobo. • Quick tip session with pharmacy interns on patient counseling scripts; real talk, no sugarcoating. 1:00 PM – Inpatient duties: briefed Nurses on reconstitution of IV ceftazidime, prepared TPN additives. Urgent call from ICU for sedation adjustment (midazolam infusion). Responded fast, prevented escalation. 3:00 PM – Drug info query from resident: safe antibiotic in pregnancy (patient with UTI). Updated profiles, noted for audit. Shared quick #HealthTipsNG thread in mind for later post. 3:30 PM – Store round with tech: low on salbutamol nebules and insulin vials. • Wrote strong memo; enough is enough. We can't keep apologizing to patients. 4:00 PM – Final rush: counselled a “wicked pharmacist” caller from yesterday who now thanked me after explanation. Smiled inside. Locked narcotics, documented everything. 4:30 PM – Signed out. 🚨 Tired but proud; educated, intervened, advocated. Traffic go long, but plan: family dinner, rest, then draft post on “Why your pharmacist is your first line of defense.” Thank God for the strength. We dey try for this system. Patients first, always. 💊 #HealthTipsNG #Pharmacistlife

@PharmMaidoki Great story, pharmacists are essential in clinical practice, but ICU called you for sedation adjustment for Midazolam infusion, lol. That’s a lie sha, because you don’t know half of what an anaesthetist know about the drug-Midazolam.

make i defend una finish offline, come online dey see “we are not hating men enough?” fight your fight. fight us all. no man is innocent. it’s all men.
khaleesi🧍🏽‍♀️@shelovesore

Let break down this “not all men” stuff for you people Out of 10 men in a room, one cracks a sexual joke. Two of them actually find it funny. Three of them don’t find it funny but chuckle just to fit in. Four of them don’t find it funny but don’t say anything. None of them says, “stop, that’s actually disturbing”. Later, 9 men go back home believing they’re part of the good majority, unlike the man who cracked the sexual joke. But from a woman’s perspective, there isn’t much difference between the people who laughed, the people who laughed just to fit in and the people who said nothing. All three do the same thing. They keep the room safe for the men who cross the line. And that’s the part “not all men” doesn’t address. Women aren’t always saying that all men harass, but what we are saying is that a lot of good, polite men end up protecting the system where harassment feels low risk. I understand why men resist this framing, but doing nothing is not the same as doing no harm, when the environment itself is what enables thr harm. The least you guys can do for women is to SPEAK UP. It’s the same thing going on with this raping festival, some men wouldn’t participate but they wouldn’t stop the men that are participating. But since they’re not part of the majority, they think they’re the “good” ones, when all they’re doing is protecting the system that keeps failing women.

When I was in 200l, my phone was stolen. I had the option of saving from my pocket money to buy a good phone but I rejected it. I used torchlight phone for a year. My friends who had less pocket money than me saved to buy good phone and wore new clothes. Blackberry was reigning so it made sense to want to jump on it. My priority was my food. I wasn't going to alter my feeding for phone. I went to the main market on weekend and did proper shopping to cook. Ironically, I was feeding the people using their money to buy phone and clothes. Buying phone meant they had to hold their stomach. My point is, everyone has what matters to them. Your money will go where your priority is.

@octacore_ @naughty_libra07 Even if it was a thousand times longer, Exodus 14:21-22 already tells us it was one night. No point changing scripture or looking for geographic evidence. It's called a miracle for a reason

I get why it sounds wild 😅 but the account in the Holy Scriptures actually gives a clearer, step-by-step picture of what happened. First, the crossing wasn’t random or chaotic. According to Exodus 14:21–22, God caused a strong east wind to blow all night, which divided the sea and turned the seabed into dry ground. So it wasn’t like they were swimming or balancing between waves...there was a clear, dry path. The waters were described as being like “a wall on their right and on their left.” That “wall” doesn’t necessarily mean vertical like glass; it means the water was held back in a controlled way, forming boundaries while they walked through. Now, about the timing: They did not camp inside the sea for months. The crossing happened in one night (Exodus 14:21–24). The “months” you’re thinking about refer to their time in the wilderness after crossing, not inside the sea. Also, they weren’t walking blindly. They were guided by a pillar of cloud and fire (Exodus 13:21), which gave light at night. The same cloud moved behind them to block the Egyptians, buying them time (Exodus 14:19–20). So the sequence was: Wind divides the sea overnight Dry land appears The Israelites crossed through safely Egyptians attempt to follow Waters returns and destroys the pursuing army
Sir Dickson@Wizarab10

I just realized, if I was the Israelites, I for no cross. The Egyptians could have me. How do you cross over the ocean with the ocean standing on both sides of you? For context, they were there for months. That means they were setting up camp in the middle of the ocean day and night.

A doctor saying this on social media is so wild. I don’t know what they are teaching you guys these days. Someone would read this and become uncooperative with your colleagues who have better understanding of the subject matter at hand until it’s too late. “Even doctors say CS no good”. Nawa for unna

I’m not surprised, I’m always shouting about knowledge and skill gaps in other health professions outside MBBS and BDS, but my own is too much. Your seniors will reduce your work to tasting food and you sef will agree because calculating caloric requirements is doctor work.
