@ScotRail Small children were being crushed between very large people in conditions that were airless and hot. They were refusing to accept conductor who was saying train was full. This is despicable!

@idedwards Hi there, every carriage that can be used is being used. Trains are designed to carry passengers both seated and standing so a busy train doesn't mean it's unsafe, an unsafe train wouldn't run. ^DB

Sat morning, end of Scottish school hols, Edinburgh Fest, reduced timetable ONLY two carriages, dangerously overcrowded train and passengers refused boarding and still five stops to go… @ScotRail you can do better than this!
