What PM did was uncalled for. When he picks up a broom to symbolically drive people to keep their surrounding clean, we don't expect him to clean his office with it everyday. PM's security is paramount. And so it state CM's as well. Yogi has bigger threat then any other sitting CM. So, bare minimum is to have security, ambulance and so on. Yesterday was a long day. I was called for questioning in connection with a case that I believed had no merit, and I attended the questioning to present my version. However, the police arrested me at 5.30 PM. I was granted bail at 10 PM, and the Hon’ble Duty Judge clearly stated that he saw no offence in the case. He also said that he saw no mens rea and failed to understand why I had even been arrested. Grateful to @RaviSharmaTalks and @sidcool2302, the wonderful lawyers who helped me through this. Thankful to the many people, both online and offline, who supported me. I’m truly grateful. Of course, there are many who dislike you and use such opportunities to strike harder when you are down, but that’s fair game. It was your day, and you took it. I can take those blows and come back. At times like these, one realises the importance of ideological support. The people who stood by me at the most crucial juncture were neither close friends nor relatives, but those with whom I am bound by ideology. And it delivered for me when it mattered most. This incident has added many new layers of perspective, most importantly the ones we usually miss in the melee of day-to-day social media discourse. I’ll write about the specifics of this case another day. For now, I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who has been a well-wisher. I’m grateful. Thank you for monitoring the situation.

बात ये है कि ये सब नाटक मैं देख चुका हूँ । ये अनुशासन नहीं सामंतवादी मानसिकता है और कुछ नहीं । लोगो को नीचा दिखाना , कीड़ा मकौड़ा समझना यही तो सामन्तों का काम है । पहली बात तो ये है कि अनुशासन के नाम पर मजाक क्यों ? अनुशासन होता क्या है ? क्या अपने बड़े बड़े महलों में बीसियों आदमी लगाना अनुशासन है ? क्या सीक्रेट सर्विस फण्ड को हड़प जाना अनुशासन है ? क्या सारे विभाग के फण्ड से अपने लिए अवैध लक्ज़री सुविधाएं लेना अनुशासन है ? ३-४ गाड़िया क़ब्ज़ाना अनुशासन है । अगर आप ध्यान से देखेंगे तो सबसे ज़्यादा ग़ैर अनुशासन तो ये यूपीएससी वाला राजा रानी करते है । कोई पूछने वाला नहीं पूरे विभाग पर मनमर्जी है । गैंग है पूरा । पूरा सिस्टम बना रखा है । थोड़े बहुत संसाधन भी नहीं मिलते और अगर कोई माँग लेगा तो उसको टारगेट करके प्रताड़ित करेंगे । अब आप बताइए सैलूट करने के समय क्या इन्होंने वर्दी पहनी थी ? क्या किसी और देश की पुलिस में ट्रेनिंग के सिवाय ऐसा देखा है कि रानी राजा बैठे हो बाकी सबको सावधान में खड़ा कराए हो ? आप बैठ नहीं सकते क्यो की आप छोटे पद के हो , ये अनुशासन नहीं सामंतवाद है जिसे अनुशासन का चोला ओढ़ाया गया है । सही में अनुशासनहीन कौन है और सबसे ज़्यादा कंडक्ट रूल्स का वायलेशन कोई करता है तो वो यही गैंग है । जरा क़रीब से देखियेगा ।
