@Miroslav_D7 Ne pamtim da je neko kalkulisao namerno, i da ga 'basketball gods' nisu kaznili za to. Svakako, Denver je možda i trebalo da razmišlja tako, Minesota im je ono što su oni Lejkersima.
Ne bi ovaj i ovakav Denver daleko stigao u plej-ofu ni da je kalkulisao, ali još jedan primjer kad ekipa ima šansu da kalkuliše, to ne uradi i ispadne epski glupa.
A ovo ispadanje Denvera je samo po sebi epsko.

Za Denver bi mnogo pametnije bilo da završe četvrti na Zapadu, nego treći. -Ako završe treći, moraće prvo preko Minesote koja nije slučajno dvije godine u nizu u finalu konferencije, a onda i preko San Antonija bez prednosti domaćeg terena. Ako bi uopšte prošli kroz te dvije serije, odigrali bi vjerovatno 12-14 utakmica i poprilično potrošeni bi išli na Oklahomu koja bi vrv. izgubila plafon dva meča u prve dvije serije. I u tom scenariju bi Oklahoma bila ozbiljan favorit protiv Denvera. -Ako završe četvrti, imaće zicer protiv Hjustona u prvoj rundi. Roketsi izgledaju užasno i ovaj skor ne pokazuju koliko su zapravo neuvjerljivi. Sumnjam da bi oni ovakvi uzeli i dva meča Denveru u seriji. I onda potpuno svjež dočekuješ seriju sa Oklahomom koju si prošle godine odveo u sedam mečeva sa povređenim Gordonom i bez ikakve pomoći sa klupe što ove sezone nije slučaj. I ako bi prošao, u finalu konferencije bi nakon toga bio favorit ko god ti dođe, plus napunjen samopouzdanjem do vrha. Obrni okreni, ti ako hoćeš u NBA finale, moraćeš da preskočiš Oklahomu na ovaj ili onaj način. A mislim da bi šanse Denvera za izbacivanje Oklahome bile bar 10-15% veće u polufinalu konferencije, nego u finalu. Plus kao što rekoh, mislim da je Minesota mnogo veća prijetnja nego Hjuston u svakom pogledu.
