@jonty @emfcamp funny, because I'd assert the exact opposite - that it's a profoundly political statement from ground up, and the kind of transformative social vision that we've been so utterly starved of for the past 14 years (or so).

I firmly believe in "show, don't tell" but given someone recently described @emfcamp as "apolitical" we either need to show harder or buy some megaphones

Got a lot of love for this pattern for easy peasy CLIs: defopt + Pydantic model composed by multiply inheriting cleanly separable config sections (docstring on the model class becomes the CLI help text), minimally printing events in a nice readable way. . . 💘
