Those clips rarely go viral and the reason for that is quite obvious. The video is also packed with hyperbole for engagement value. Claiming that Burkina Faso has purchased "thousands" of drones is simply absurd. The Nigerian Air Force still operates by far the largest and most advanced drone fleet in the region. Their operations are largely covert for security reasons.

Back in Nigeria, one of our Male Matrons had a reputation of trado-Medical practice At work, he was strictly clinical. Outside, people said he blended medicine with traditional practice. One day,Accident victims were rushed in, blood, panic, shouting. We did what training demands, triage first. Focus on the ones who could still be saved with immediate intervention. It is never pretty, but it is necessary. In the middle of it all, one relative lost his patience. He could not understand why his loved one was not being attended to immediately. To him, it looked like neglect. To us, it was prioritization. His voice rose. Anger took over. My Matron stepped in, calm as ever, trying to de-escalate the situation. Then it happened. The man slapped him. But almost instantly, like a scene no one rehearsed, the same man collapsed to the floor and started convulsing. For a split second, the entire room froze. He continued convulsing until My Matron squeezed some leaves into his mouth and the entire thing stopped. When I asked him about it later , He smiled and said I am never alone. There are unseen people protecting me always.
