@HMRCcustomers why cannot I not get through to the employers helpline for the whole week ? And anytime I got through last week after hours of holding you would hang up after 5 mins and never return our calls

@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried over 20 times this week everytime I get through you recorded message it says we are very busy then hangs up it’s in regards to a NI bill that you have been chasing

@sniperpenguin Hi Nigel we had a serious out break of covid in our offices and had to close down for nearly 2 weeks. Payments to affiliates will be made at the start of the month as always this does not Change because you send us a tweet. Thanks and stay safe
