Malik Razak Engholm Pimpong, probably isn’t a name you’ve heard before. But soon, you’ll be hearing it on repeat
The 18 year old Danish striker, is absolutely brilliant, a real standout for the Midtjylland U-19 side.
His big, strong and powerful frame, standing 190 cm (6’2), allows him to dominate most defenders, especially since he’s also pretty quick.
As for Pimpong as a player, he’s a box striker, a pure poacher. Don’t expect him to drop deep and play nice link up passes. He can hold the ball up, but he’s a 9 in its purest form.
He will make the right run into the box, he will position himself correctly, and most importantly, he will score given the chance.
He has already played for the Danish youth team, and is in and around the Midtjylland senior team, with the club renowned for using young players.
His potential is sky high, with the raw instincts of a top class striker, do not be surprised to see him breaking through soon.

Probably my favorite player and talent to watch, is Jacob Ambæk from Brøndby IF. The 17 year old striker has really broken through this season, and performing really well
He’s profile is an all around forward, participating in most phases of play
Offensively, he’s extremely involved, getting 0.54 (67th) goals on 0.68 (82nd) xG, with 2.54 (61st) shots, 0.82 (74th) being headers and 1.56 (81st) being on target. So he gets into a lot of positions to get a shot off, which is good
But there’s more than that, he also gets 2.54 (93rd) chances created, 6.34 (86th) touches in opponents box, 0.06 (55th) xA, 93.3% (91st) successful passes and 1.13 (67th) successful dribbles, showing real ability to create for others as well as himself
While doing that, Ambæk, also does a lot of off ball work, with his 3.8 (57th) duels won, 1.27 (61st) being aerial, as well as 2.54 (93rd) tackles, 1.27 (99th) interceptions, 2.54 (71st) recoveries and 1.32 (84th) possessions won in final third. Really impressive for a young striker to be that involved
All that data does a lot of positive talking, but to me, watching him play is what does the talking. He’s so good on the ball, so much skill and flair.
He’s so smart, quick and “dogish” as a player, you can’t help but enjoy watching him
He’s only 17, so he’ll only get better as well. Remember the name Jacob Brøchner Ambæk🇩🇰

@LundOugaard (En af) Jeres bedste spiller de sidste par sæsoner skiftede til Norwich denne sommer, har spillet færre minutter i denne sæson og er 4 år ældre.
Forstår godt man som fan kan have ondt i røven, men nogle gange bliver det også bare dumt.

Mange klagede over at Schwartau ikke fik spilletid nok, og at Brøndby tabte et stort talent på gulvet fordi man ikke prioriterede ham.
I bagklogskabens ulideligt klare lys ligner det mest at Oscar bare ikke var god nok til et hold der skal være med helt fremme i Superligaen.

Adam Gabriel må simpelthen være en af Superligaens mest likeable personer.
Her til aften kiggede den gode tjekke forbi en Serie 4-kamp i samarbejdsklubben Hammerum IF, og her tog han sig tid til at agere capo for den lille fanklub, bestående af en flok ungdomsspillere.
