I just watched the #StansMovie @Eminem thank you for your music! Been a Stan for 15 years now and Not Afraid has always been my go-to song. I never thought I'd get to this point. But in 2014, I had almost ended my life. I chose to get help which didnt do much. But the song Not Afraid, even though it was more about embracing sobriety, spoke out to me because I felt you spoke to me saying I'm not alone and that I fucking matter! It became my anthem! That same year I told myself no matter how hard life gets, keep going and do it for my little niece (now nieces). So, I took some inspiration from you and wrote down lyrics letting my emotions out. So thank you again Mr. Mathers for saving my life and inspiring me to write down my emotions in song lyrics! Also for inspiring me to talk a bit more about mental health and raise awareness! 1-800-273-8255 is the suicide hot line in the US for anyone that's going through a tough time!
