Me now compared to when I first started my weight loss in 2023, I was very off and on over the past 2 years, but put a lot more effort in over the past year or so. I still have a LONG way to go, but I genuinely cannot believe how much of a difference you can see.
Really appreciate everyone who has helped me out so far and have encouraged me. Can't wait to see what I'll look like in another year or two. 💪
