a lot of fans can't have nuanced opinions on her. she was abused by ozai AND she failed azula and was a bad mother to her. that isn't contradicting, in fact, it's a very common occurrence in the nuclear family structure

@MeiMei73403741 She didn’t owe anything to them, I feel awful for them but they are the result of rape. If a woman is raped and forced to have children she shouldn’t have to keep that as a reminder; she should be able to move on and that’s not to say the kids are at fault, its bad for them too.
