I see alot of people upset about the Tokon character choices then i take a look at the Marvel reps for the MVC2 roster
I was definitely young at the time but im sure people werent that crazy about Marrow, Blackheart, Spinal, Omega Red or Shuma Gorath
For me personally vs rosters are always better when they pick characters to fit certain roles rather than the most popular characters

One of the reasons why Marvel Games is thriving right now is because each multiplayer game has a whole different roster.
They always choose different characters for variety & let some unknowns shine, if every game had the same lineup of characters it would get boring real quick
