I would say he probably did, but not with anywhere near the force that she hit him with - you can see his head get knocked back. Also, he did not throw his hat at anyone. You need to get your eyes checked.

Things I saw in this video: -he hit that woman FIRST -he threw his hat at a poll worker FIRST -women are trying to calm him down and he’s actively trying to assault a woman. -all of this happened because they told him to take off his hat. Trump supporters are always being a nuisance toward others.
