@AaronBastani @clairemcilvenna Neighbours staff escapes several times daily by a main road. Not exercised sufficiently, nor a big enough garden. Its cruel and careless. "he's a good boy" every single time someone returns him. Lovely dog, idiot owner.

Look like Staffies to me, but could be wrong. These are powerful, energetic dogs that need discipline (and are generally lovely). Why does someone need 3 of them in a built up part of London? It’s a shame, because good, responsible owners are punished for these people.

BREAKING NEWS; A woman attacked by THREE loose & out of control dogs in a Park in Stepney East London today; such dogs have killed 29 people in Britain since 2010; as we can see this👇lady was terrified as she came under a sustained attack by the dogs🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

@AaronBastani I agree. A lot of people who think they are responsible owners but really are not. I'm probably not the best driver though, in fairness.

I don’t know what the funniest thing here is, the “rapidly ageing” or the completely random shoehorning in of Meghan and Harry

@AaronBastani Probably what the left needs and could see the greens with 15-20 percent while potentially moving towards PR

Corbyn running for Greens could be a game-changer for party. Likely win Islington & Bristol. After that looking at 3 MPs & potential affiliation of trade unions. It won't happen because of risk aversion (& it has potential downsides!) but interesting thought experiment.

Everyone shd be able to feel safe in their communities. After 13 Tory yrs, serious violence is up, neighbourhood police are down & fewer criminals are caught. Today we launched Labour’s mission on crime; to halve serious violence & restore confidence in police & justice system

@AyoCaesar cannabis - a known treatment for a variety of mental health conditions such as the anxiety disorder i'm prescribed for, if only everyone could afford the private fees

When I look at what's going on in my neighbourhood – people with mental health issues going uncared for, dog mess everywhere, an ever-increasing queue for the foodbank – the smell of weed is honestly the least of anyone's problems.

@AyoCaesar Medical cannabis was legalised in Nov 2018 so I could literally walk down his street and vape my prescribed cannabis flower (prohibitive private prescription model as there's not widespread NHS prescribing yet). Not only does this perpetuate stigma, but he's clueless on racism

@OwenJones84 Think Police should turn a blind eye to people smoking it in private but should not be tolerated people casually smoking it public.

@OwenJones84 And because medical cannabis was legalised in 2018 and I can literally vape my prescribed cannabis flower outside wherever I want.

What’s Keir Starmer suggesting? Banning cannabis?

The Green Party is targeting Bristol South at next general election. They have seen their number of councillors rise exponentially in last five years. Of course the Labour machine will start accusing them of racism. But I think people who will fall for it are a tiny minority.

Memo to Starmer: our country's in crisis - climate crisis, health crisis, economic crisis. Ending sticking plaster politics is meaningless if he's blind to big ideas: wealth tax, public services in public hands, basic income, voting reform -which could truly transform our country

@MattGrayYES The narrative of "X percent is unaffordable" spits in the faces of workers who can't afford anything less than a pay rise above inflation because they're already suffering. Tax the rich.

@MartinSLewis all customers are at some point vulnerable. Indeed, we are all vulnerable with this vile government and complicit media. Database only adds to the danger.

Interesting thought discussion over data this afternoon. Would a vulnerable customer database that all public service firms (banks, energy & water firms etc) & related charities could access be a boon to ensure people get the help needed or a huge unacceptable privacy risk?
