Almost to the point it is an art form how well they are able to formulate what we at @thehellolabs are all about. We really don’t know what happens next for $XRP. So don’t hold us to our thoughts, here are some of my most probable outcomes; 1. $XRP to have its own mini bull run now, pulling some ALTs up, catching up to some Fibonacci extensions that $ETH and $BTC reached in their last cycle. $XRP would reach out towards $10-15, before a large correction. (Issue with this is the liquidity in the market right now is a lot less, so it’s hard to reach an extension like that unless the whole market rises… Bitcoin ETF?) 2. $XRP to have a small pump off the news and to then perform in line with the rest of the market, pumping into the bull market (of which I think is starting now anyway, so within a year). Similar projections to no1 in terms of price. 3. $XRP to follow no1, then retrace and have a further pump into the next business cycle top. Potentially something like; up to $10-15, down to $2-4, up to $20-30. 4. $XRP to hit a complete moon mission. Ripple settle with the SEC for a small fine, enabling institutions in the USA and around the world to utilise ODL and liquidity HUB. The most regulated / first crypto utilised by financial institutions around the world. Price discovery enabled. We would have to find a fair way to value cryptos with utility, maybe something similar to @RaoulGMI model. Amount of transactions on the ledger X the value of the transactions. I would suggest tokenised value on the ledger would also need to be considered (ie if Ripple manage to tokenise housing in Hong-Kong for example, the value of this housing would add to the base value of the network). No price estimation here. 5. $XRP to not break ATH this cycle, maybe double tap the highs of 2017 and that be the end of the run, similar to $XLM in the last cycle. No higher than $3.30-60. I have listed these in order of potentially possibility for the above outcomes 1-5. I think 2/3 are very similar in potential in my head. Remember these are just my thoughts and a collation of what I’ve seen from other content creators / thought leaders in the space. Not financial advice, enjoy 🙏

It's outrageous that in today's Senate hearing, Mr. Gensler again misstates the law (and the Howey test), suggesting that tokens, standing alone, are investment contracts. Is the SEC really going to continue to be allowed to peddle these falsehoods?
