Took some swings today from @ignite_baseball. Working on improving my forward move Max ev: 96.2 Max distance: 360

3) If he keeps that move, it needs to start earlier — or he should switch to an early toe tap to control when he goes forward and stay on time.

2) His main issue is the late backward move in his load. When that happens, he has to redirect momentum forward, which makes timing really tough.

1) Looking at Anthony Volpe’s swing: the results haven’t fully been there, but the foundation is solid. He keeps his head on the ball, rotates well, and his barrel turn is clean.
