I've been building MVPs for founders for over a year now and the biggest pattern I see is this: Founders who ship fast either win or pivot fast. Founders who plan forever just run out of money. An MVP has literally one job: answer the question "does anyone actually want this thing I'm building?" That's it. Nothing else matters at this stage. The faster you get the answer, the faster you either win or pivot to something that works. You can either fail fast and cheap, or fail slow and broke.

Most agencies will take 6 months and $35K to build you something that never ships, we did it in 3 weeks for $6K. Real example: A founder came to us after paying another agency $35K. 6 months in, they had 60% of the features, code they couldn't modify, zero users, and a Figma file they never approved. Completely burned out and broke. We rebuilt the entire thing in 3 weeks for $6K. Same features, better code, and they actually launched. This happens constantly. Founders get sold on custom development when all they need is to validate an idea. You don't need perfect infrastructure. You need real users testing your product. You don't need a 40-page spec doc. You need something people can click and use. At @ignytlabs we've rebuilt 12 failed projects in the past year and every single one shipped faster and cheaper than the original quote. Stop paying for perfection when you haven't validated anything yet.

Had a call with a founder today and it honestly blew my mind. They’ve spent almost a YEAR building a SaaS. Burned close to $50K. Pivoted across two agencies. A “small” feature change was taking a MONTH. Worst part? The codebase was so BAD that we told them we’d be better off starting from scratch. This is the ugly side of “vibe coding” when it’s done without an MVP mindset. Most agencies still do this: → overbuild from day one → ship 20 features nobody asked for → stack tech debt early → drain founder energy + cash That’s not progress. That’s expensive procrastination. My opinion is simple: Your first goal is NOT perfect code. Your first goal is revenue + signal. Ship a tight MVP. Charge users. Learn fast. Then rebuild, refactor, and scale properly. Anything else is just burning money while telling yourself you’re “building.”

This is solid. I follow most of this myself. Just adding a few things that help us ship FAST at @ignytlabs: • Use CodeRabbit for reviews. It saves you from stupid mistakes before launch. • Add strict linting early. Less mess later. • Use MCPs properly. Supabase, Context7, Figma. Let the agent pull real context and vibe coding becomes way easier. Drop your best tips below.👇

This is the exact process we use to ship SaaS in ~3 weeks at my agency. (start to finish) Many of you have asked how things work at @ignytlabs, so here’s exactly what the process looks like: It all starts with a discovery call. This is your chance to share everything about your idea. Don’t overthink it, just let that passionate idea flow. Whether it makes complete sense or not doesn’t matter yet, I’ll figure out the feasibility. After the call, the real work begins. We’ll: • Assess feasibility (Is the idea possible? What tools can help us build it?). • Break down your idea into actionable steps. • Draft an MVP plan to get things rolling. Within 1-2 days, you’ll have a plan to review. Once we’re aligned, we create a detailed PRD (Product Requirements Document) that becomes the blueprint for development. From there, it’s time to build. After onboarding, there are a few checkpoints to ensure we’re in sync, but more on that later. In 3 weeks, you’ll have your MVP. Ready to test, iterate, and bring to market. Throughout the process, you’re involved at every step. Your feedback matters, and it helps shape the final product. It’s fast, collaborative, and built to bring your vision to life.

Stop sitting on your idea while others win. Building a SaaS has never been this fast or affordable. Let us help you ship your idea in 21 days. Don’t let another year pass by.
Prajwal Tomar@PrajwalTomar_

I started @ignytlabs a year ago to make MVP dev affordable. Thanks to AI you don’t need $50K or 6 months. We build your idea into a live product in 3 weeks at one tenth the cost. If it works we help you scale. If not you didn’t burn your runway and can get to your next idea. Got an idea? Don’t sit on it for another month. Book your spot and let’s turn it into something real.

The AI gold rush isn’t coming. It’s happening right now. Someone with zero coding experience is already building their 2nd profitable app. Solo developers are replacing entire teams. This is the moment to stop overthinking and start building.

Great first month 🫡
Prajwal Tomar@PrajwalTomar_

Just wrapped our first month at @ignytlabs 2.0 with ~$48K in revenue. All while scaling the community, building ClarityBoard, and creating content full time. Started in Sept for fun, never thought I’d hit this milestone so FAST. Building in public, sharing the journey, and delivering fast MVPs is really paying off. Let’s keep building and growing!
