@Jacopokpp @Davyegld @xFoudres Good explanation. To add, you don't have to send any keys, just issue a confirmation transaction, so that the blockchain consensus is informed. The keys are generated by the node runner. Note that @igoprotect is now @ValarStaking

And with that you can have native delegation, with just part key delegation to the node runner and no stake delegation. So I can sign online and pass the keys to the node runner which will participate in my behalf, no stake is moved from my account so it's entirely safe for me. One protocol that will enable this is @IgoProtect

The more staked tokens a chain has, the more it means that people have no other good option for using them. The more productive a chain is, the fewer tokens are staked. I'll let you draw the lines.
