Every week, I'm discovering a new way to improve my workshop So last week I figured out that I don't need Mixpanel/Amplitude, and it's faster to set up the analytics with Claude and PostHog (as headless analytics). What I do is I ask Claude to build an internal dashboard that creates exactly the charts I want, based on the events that it created in the project and loaded to @posthog. I was never really good at creating those charts manually in the Mixpanel dashboard, and I don't want to learn. Now it takes less than 20 minutes.
