One of the hallmarks of an “inside job” or “operation” is signaling. That comes in different forms. The man with a white shirt and hat, as well as the guy in the black shirt behind Charlie Kirk are CLEARLY hand signaling about a sniper and giving the “Go” signal to someone right before the shot is taken.
